Not only did they provide the best quality materials and installation, Leo is an expert at working with your insurance company to ensure you are being covered for everything that is required to return your home back to perfect condition. He will help communicate with the insurance company. Leo is prompt and his employees are very knowledgeable. They also are very careful to totally clean up your property. Most important, they do not allow messes on your neighbor's property. My neighbor had his roof done a few weeks before me and that company ruined my lawn and landscaping got messes up due to their negligence. This may seem like a small thing, but the fact that Leo and his team return your property to beautiful condition is the best!

We are very happy with the work Roof One did for us - replacing our old and damaged roof and gutters. Leo Ramirez wrote a contract that made it clear what would be done and how much it would cost. He kept us informed at every stage. In addition to being a competent manager, he is very personable and nice to work with. The crews did a good job of cleaning up after their work.

If you need a residential roof, Leo Ramirez is your guy. His company ROOF ONE INC put a new roof on our home in a day and a half and they were extremely professional. Their work was exceptional. Any issues I had were promptly addressed and fixed. The previous companies that replaced our roofs were complete slobs. In contrast, Leo was there for most of the job and monitored every step. I can recommend Roof one enough. Leo was honest, reasonable, well priced, and extremely helpful. He not only explained things in detail, he explained both long term and short term solutions. Other companies only provided the most expensive fix, Leo offered different options and gave estimates for how long each would last giving me a much better picture of where my roof was and what needed to be done. I would recommend using Leo for any of your roofing needs.

I had an appointment with Roof One to check for damages, because I had water in part of the ceiling . I’m very happy with their services. He was very honest he told me that the roof wasn’t the problem and he said that maybe it was from the chimney because it had some spots that needed fix. And not only that he did the favor to take the time and try to fix it for me even though it wasn’t his job. I recommended 100%.
